Cahuita National Park

Your Lucky Tour
Snorkeling and Hiking
Cahuita National Park is best know for the coral reefs close to shore. In the dry season, there is good snorkeling from the beach, and you are likely to see light yellow brain, elkhorn, and blue staghorn corals, sea fans, and gorgonians as a back drop to the more than 500 species of fish endemic to the reefs.

If the corals, fish, lobsters and clams don't hold your attention, there are also two sunken ships to explore. They are well known and in shallow water so the likelyhood of treasure is low, but the exposed cannons insinuate they are protecting something secret.

Cahuita Tour:  this tour starts with a visit to the beautiful Cahuita National Park that is only a short 45 minute drive from Puerto Limon.  In Cahuita we will experience black & white sand beaches.  Also their will be plenty of water activities for you and your family to enjoy which includes snorkeling.  If this does not suit you feel free to relax at the beach & enjoy the clear blue waters in Cahuita.  A nearby restaurant will give you a chance to sample some authentic Costan Rican dishes.  The cost of this tour is only $95 per person (where $45  p/p admission fee is included for the snorkeling. )
